Lacey Alexander pens a spicy story about a woman's growth in Bikini Diaries.

Wendy Carnes is in the Florida panhandle for a few weeks to evaluate a resort investment for her boss. Before the work starts she decides to relax on the beach. Seeing a woman in a white bikini walking on the beach with such confidence gets Wendy to wonder if she could ever be like that woman.

Wendy busy some new clothes and goes out to find a man. She figures she wants one night with a hot guy to see if attitude is really what its all about.

Brandon Worth owner of Emerald Shores resort really needs an influx of cash to help maintain his company to the highest level. To keep his mind off of it he heads out to sample the night life. He is blown away by sexy Wendy. Their one night stand turns into several.

They both are floored when they are introduced formally in a meeting at the offices of the CEO. Wendy and Brandon think they will have no problems mixing business with pleasure.

What starts out as a simple away from home fling gets complicated quickly. Wendy loves exploring her new sensual side but isn't sure if its real or not. Brandon has always been open with his partners. Though Wendy has him thinking about playing for keeps.

The Bikini Diaries I feel is Lacey Alexander's most daring book to date. The sexual exploration is hot and tantalizing. But Wendy's diary entries really give insights into her thoughts and emotions. The story of Wendy and Brandon will stay with you longer after you turn the last page.

Wendy Carnes has always been a wallflower, but on a business trip to a resort located on the Emerald Coast of Florida, she impulsively decides to break out of that mold and become the kind of woman who attracts attention and takes control of her sexual fulfillment, if only for one night.

She finds the perfect little dress, an even more perfect and tinier bikini, and nature takes its own course. Wendy more than attracts male attention, but she soon finds she only has eyes for one man - the sexually aggressive Brandon. This man is everything she wanted in her beach fling, and then some. With Brandon, she pushes past all of her sexual limits, exploring her sexuality in ways she had previously only fantasized about.

Brandon never spends more than one night with the same woman, but he can't stop thinking about Wendy. He wants more and more from the sexy little beach babe, and soon he finds himself thinking of a future with her. But Wendy makes it clear that their fling is only temporary... Or is it?

No matter which pen name this author publishes under - Toni Blake or Lacey Alexander - she just never misses with me. The two personas write stories that are decidedly different in some ways, and yet very similar in others. In each, the writing is stellar, the characters are captivating, and the love scenes are beyond passionate. With her Lacey Alexander titles, however, the passion takes a definite turn towards the deliciously kinky.

Kinky it may be, but the romance between the lead characters is always first and foremost in Lacey Alexander novels, and THE BIKINI DIARIES is no exception to this rule. Brandon and Wendy might get down and dirty with each other in ways that include everything from public sex to threesomes, but the key ingredient in each experience is each other. The situations may be dang hot, but neither Brandon nor Wendy are turned on by the situation without each other.

I have to say that I was completely swept up in Wendy's journey. She did something not many of us find the gumption to do - she wanted something different in her life and made the changes within herself necessary to make her fantasies reality. We can all learn a lesson from this character.

Without realizing it, Brandon did learn some lessons from Wendy. Her spontaneity and zeal for life captured his heart and made him realize just how empty all of his previous romantic liaisons - if you can call one-night stands romantic liaisons - were. Having experienced something different with Wendy, he starts to yearn for something more, and Wendy becomes the star of Brandon's own fantasies.

Bold, sexy and romantic, THE BIKINI DIARIES is the kind of novel that turns the heat way up and inspires some new fantasies for readers. Lacey Alexander is certainly the queen of what I fondly call `romantic kink'!

I got this book for myself as an early birthday present, and it's a pretty darn good birthday present if I do say so! Again Lacey Alexander weaves a tale of romance and powerful sensuality together to form a perfect formula. Wendy is a smart woman, but a woman afraid to experience what the beautiful people have had for years. She sees her sign to go for life in the muse of White Bikini Babe and she does it big. Brandon is perfect for her and together they exerience blistering passion but also tender romance and ultimately love. Lacey Alexander's books delve deep into the world of what you grew up thinking was forbidden but secretly always desire. She writes the "naughty" so perfect it doesn't even seem forbidden rather perfectly acceptable.
Her characters often share their passion with others, but ultimately they belong only to each other. She balances the passion, rejection, acceptance, love perfectly in every book she writes.
I really enjoyed Wendy and Brandon's story and anxiously await whatever tale may be coming our way in the future.
For me every book by Lacey Alexander is a keeper.

A delightful romp on the beach! Wendy is a business exec who is at Emerald Shores to see if her company should invest in the resort. First day on the beach Wendy sees White Bikini Babe casually walking along the shore. Among other things Wendy wonders what WBB feels about her sexuality which makes Wendy think about her own sexuality-or lack thereof. At a resort shop she buys a killer dress and a sexy bikini and sets out to find Mr. One Night Stand. She finds him-Brandon, the hunk who lives in the penthouse. In her diaries Wendy asks. Who is the real me? The professional person who arrived at Emerald Shores or the sexual being she has become with Brandon ? As the diary entries progress we can see Wendy come to terms with both of those persona's. She achieves "feminine freedom". She finds that she is softening her professional hard core and is enjoying the person she is becoming, she begins to live "outside the box". Quote:" I want to know what it is to taste all of life, to live to the fullest, to know every emotion, every sort of sex, every dirty bit of it. When I'm ninety and people think I'm a sweet, docile little old lady, I will look back on this moment and smile a secret smile and know I missed nothing."


"the bikini diaries" is a good title for this book. Not only does the reader see what is really going on in Wendy's mind and heart but they are the cause of trouble in paradise.

Wendy Carnes is on a business trip to the Emerald Coast of Florida, checking out various aspects of a vacation resort. Her boss is considering making a significant investment in the resort, and it's her job to provide him with recommendation. But the trip isn't all business and Wendy finds herself feeling inspired by a hot chick in a white bikini walking down the beach. Is she really that confident with herself and her sexuality? Wendy wants to believe she is. She hates to admit it, even to herself, but she wants to BE that hot chick. She decides to be daring and go all-out sexy, to see if she can attract a hot man for a one-night stand. She succeeds with a bang and has the most exciting sexual encounter of her entire life. Her one-night-stand, Brandon, feels something unusual and foreign to him - the desire to see her again and repeat the performance.

Wendy reminds herself that she can't get too attached to Brandon. It's all just part of the game, and no one will get hurt... Right?

The Bikini Diaries is truly a phenomenal book. Lacey Alexander is a remarkably gifted author who writes exactly what I want to read, pushing boundaries with titillating sexuality, but never going beyond what's tasteful. Her characters are intelligent and likeable, her plots are tight, and the sex is beyond fantastic. The chemistry between Wendy and Brandon is delicious. I really liked the glimpses into Wendy's head as she writes her thoughts and feelings about breaking out of her shell and her own emerging sexuality. Do yourself a huge favor and buy everything Lacey Alexander has ever written. You won't regret it.

This was a really fun read for me. It involes sex and the beach (not the drink!) and that's always a winning combination. I really liked the writing style and the erotica was good. Overall, this is a good read to lose yourself in if you're on a long trip or, just happen to be at the beach yourself.

Wendy Carnes is visiting the Emerald Coast of Florida on business. She is supposed to evaluate and review the Emerald Shores Beach Resort and relay her findings, both positive and negative, back to her employer. While relaxing on the beach, she watches a beautiful woman in a white bikini stroll the shoreline. As she is watching she begins to think of all the ways that "white bikini babe" is in charge in her life. It is with that one thought that Wendy decides to do the same. She is going to gain control of her non-existent social life, seek an affirmative attitude, and the end all to end alls? She wants to engage in casual, consensual, and completely naughty fling - just because she can. Spying Brandon at a club, Wendy is instantly aware of their attraction for each other. As they begin their journey of sexual exploration, neither has any idea how much they will come to mean to each other and what they thought was the fulfillment of a vacation fantasy might become the reality of a forever love.

The Bikini Diaries is just about the sexiest and most erotic book I have read in a very long time. Lacey Alexander has written a no-holds-barred romp of sexual delights written in such a way guaranteed to raise readers' blood pressure and make them squirm in their seats. Brandon's character was written in such a way that I could see the sinfully playfulness in his eyes along with his bad boy persona on the pages. Wendy made me tickled more than once, especially at the beginning of The Bikini Diaries while she was deciding to take fate in her own hands. As they explored their burgeoning feelings for each other, I had to sit back and watch with joy at the emotional intensity each portrayed. Their connection shined and was just beautiful.

Sizzling hot love scenes with steamy and risqué elements are what made The Bikini Diaries such a profound book. Lacey Alexander puts the `e' in erotic and I definitely recommend The Bikini Diaries. Just grab some ice first!

This book is like porn for women. It contains a lot of sex and it is extremely erotic. However, like in any good fairy tale, there is a happy ending!

Didn't hate it, but didn't love it... some of the "dirty" stuff seemed a bit overboard. not a bad story, but not a keeper. i will be adding this to paperbackswap to swap away!

The Bikini Diaries can be described in one word times three. HOT, HOT, HOT!

Lacey Alexander has once again given us a sexy book with an insightful look into a woman's world.

Wendy Carnes considers herself a good business woman and has never really expected to have more. On a business trip to Emerald Shores she sees a bikini babe that gathers all the male attention. Wendy begins to wonder what it wonder what it would be like to "be" the bikini babe. Could an average woman make the transition and give herself a fantasy of a life time? Could she really have a one night stand without feeling guilty?

With the help of some sexy clothes and a can do attitude Wendy sets out on her journey to meet her fantasy man and does she ever! Brandon Worth is an extremely sexy man and leads Wendy further into sexual fantasies than she could ever dream. Their journey and growth together will keep you riveted to the page.
