Great support CD if you've practiced Bikram's yoga in actual classes!

This CD set is easy to follow because they are often used at Bikram's Yoga studio's around the world. However, if you haven't had the formal classes you will not be able to follow along. I purchased this CD set on Bikram's Website so that I could practice a couple days a week at home but I still go into the studio for instruction and correction twice a week. Amazon's download is only the first CD. I purchased that first thinking it was the 2 CD set. Then I bought the 2 CD set from Bikram's website.

It's a great series, but you have to go to iTunes to download the second half listed as "Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class Vol. 2", so you can do the complete class. Not sure what their thinking was since there is no way to find it here from amazon.

Seriously? They couldn't have edited him yelling at that poor woman with his condescending remarks? How terribly annoying. Had I not belonged to a local Bikram Studio I would have thought this yoga practice horrendous. Luckily, for his bank account, his teachers are far Superior to him. This should never have gone to market in its' present state. It should have either been a free download OR edited properly.

love bikram. you have to try it to appereciate it. not like anything you have ever done before. The book is informative, helpful, easy to understand and humerous.

Remake
I started my yoga practice with Bikram's original cassette tape. Great series. This version is a remake. Bikram sounds bitchier in this version.
