The vivid colors and captivating pictures of "A Christmas Wish" make it an instant family classic. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, the underlying message is universal.

The beautifully drawn characters are immediately lovable and the descriptive and charming story is one that your child will want to read again and again. "A Christmas Wish" uses rhyming to make the story more fun and memorable for a child, which is quite reminiscent of the Dr. Seuss classics. This incredible story includes descriptions such as, "Suddenly the sled dropped like a tone, the wind howled, Raging by as they plunged to the ground.
A thousand feet they fell, They feel faster and farther, spellbound."

These beautifully written words make it is easy to understand why children find this book enchanting. Bilbo's Adventures: A Christmas Wish (Volume 1)

What a great children's animated movie this delightful Christmas book would make! Is there any tyke who could resist Bilbo, The Little Teddy Bear, as he helps Santa deliver Christmas wishes while being "transported through magical stars" on Christmas Eve? Of course not. "A Christmas Wish!" boasts dazzling colors, a fun adventure, and a wonderful message to cheer any child, especially one who might be feeling "left out." Kudos to Cheri and Peter Lucking for creating this little Christmas gem.

This is a beautifully illustrated children's book for Christmas. The Story is charming. Each page is action packed, as Bilbo travels from country to country with Father Christmas, in search of a home. The text races along to maintain the excitment right to the very end. And what a wonderfully happy ending it is!
As Peter's parents, we are proud of this achievment of Cheri and Peter, and do not hesitate to say that this book is a must for every Christmas stocking.
