The Homecoming Friends with Bill and Gloria Gaither are received with enthusiasm and appreciation in an Irish Homecoming Concert held at the Whitehall Metropolitan Tabernacle in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Among my favorites were: "What a Friend We Have in Jesus" and "Little is Much When God is in It" featuring Larry Ford, and an arrangement of "This Could Be the Dawning of That Day" sung by David Phelps. Another spectacular performance featured Ivan Parker singing "Midnight Cry."
Although not my personal favorite the audience and other participants enjoyed Russ Taft's song "Ain't No Grave."

I am always impressed with the genuine heartfelt warmth of the performers and the inspiration of hearing updates and personal words of testimony and worship. Love for each other often shines through in their countenance, and through their tears and obvious adoration of the Lord they sign about.

The closing number by the Gaither Vocal Band "Satisfied" and "It is Finished" highlighted the evening for me. Another spectacular performance and awe inspiring worship service.

This is not my favorite concert. Would love to have had more Irish in it, less Nashville.
