Very good combination of latin music...great to be able to find all the popular latin music in one CD...gives a good taste of the huge latin music industry.

OK, admittedly I'm not a Spanish speaker. But this album just blows me over. The songs, and the artists, are SO good you could listen to the songs over and over forever. And the fact that Billboard included songs from artists from different parts of the Americas makes for a varied and interesting mix of songs.

There are several artists on this CD that you WILL take special note of. First off, is the incredibly beautiful voice of Luis Fonsi singing "Si Tu Quisieras." When I heard this song for the first time I had to STOP what I was doing and listen to it. Luis' voice is so smooth, silky and pure you just want to close your eyes and let him carry you away to your own private paradise. He has a slightly unusual tone in his voice that makes it unique but adds a character that is extremely appealing to anyone that really appreciates a good voice. He's amazing! I could never get tired of listening to him.

Another great singer is Christian Castro with his "Mi Vida Sin Tu Amor." With his great voice this song allows him to show his great range and power that almost grabs your chest in emotion. He's reminiscent of a Latin styled Sinatra of sorts. Maybe not surprisingly, he is the son of the super popular Mexican actress/singer Veronica Castro who was white hot in the 70s and 80s. It sounds like Christian must have inherited all his mother's great singing qualities.

And of course, there is Enrique, Carlos, Jaci, Olga and the rest and they are all great. (I am not trying to belittle their talent or abilities here.) The music in this CD supercedes the language barrier. If you want truly great Latin American music, buy this CD. You'll love it!!!

I really liked #2! It's cool. The other's are good too, but #2 was da bomb!
