4.0 out of 5 stars Worth the money, August 25, 2000
By
Gabe Ferguson (Belgrade, MT USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Billboard Top Hits: 1988 (Audio CD)
The 1988 Billboard Top Hits album was not one of the better 80s Billboard albums, but it definitely contains some songs to savor. "Wild Wild West" is a great song with a strong message. "Shattered Dreams" and "The Flame" are memorable songs that have their place. And Billy Ocean's "Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car" is one of my all-time favorite songs. The rest of songs can be discarded as far as I'm concerned, especially Bobby McFerrin's grossly overrated "Don't Worry, Be Happy". I practically scream in pain every time I hear it.

There were so many great songs from 1988 that were left out of this CD!!!
