Book Description

**This novel is included in a 4-book collection titled BAD BOYS AND BILLIONAIRES by Kendra Little. You can get all 4 books for a lower price by purchasing the collection.**

Music industry agent Annie McCallum has a week to learn how to be wild or lose the hot young music artist and the last chance to save her father's agency. The problem is, Annie has always been a nerd who thinks high heels are a weapon invented to make even bigger fools of stumbling idiots like herself. To achieve the unachievable, her boss enlists the help of a man who owes him a favor, Zack DiMarco, a billionaire with a mysterious past and melt in your mouth chocolate eyes. Soon, Zack is teaching Annie to dress in leather, cruise the streets on his motorbike, drink beer with alarming results and flirt like an LA starlet. Despite their rough start, Annie is soon falling in love with him, a man so far out of her league it's not funny.

Much to his horror, Zack is strongly attracted to the real Annie, a girl who could get him to give up his bachelor ways and steal his heart. A heart that he wants to keep untouched after learning the hard way what love can do to a man.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good light reading March 28, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is a romantic story that is a light, enjoyable, quick read with a happily ever after. I liked both characters and thought they were realistic. I do wonder though, how so many romance books are written about billionares (not millionares mind you)and I don't know a single one!

I really liked it, made me cry, made me smile, it really got to me. It was well written and I kind of think that the end was a little rushed but it was perfect.

3.0 out of 5 stars A feel good read! April 24, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
3 1/2 stars
Almost 4 ....only because I wanted a little more

This was an enjoyable heartwarming story to read of two people who try to keep things simple.
Annie McCallum is a music agent & she needs to change her image to land a possible client. Who does the company she works for call in?? Zack DiMarco, a self made billionaire, who's single & is a commitophobe. Annie is cute in her own clumsy, argumentative way. This girl could make me laugh at times with some of the things that happened. And Zack, omg, how could Annie not fall for him?

4.0 out of 5 stars Nice short story with a good message April 11, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
Overall not a bad story. It had a good message in the end about being yourself and who you are and I liked that. I removed a star only because I found the story was a bit short which means the relationship had to develop really fast which I don't really like. I like to see feelings grow and change over time, and not the insta-OMG, this girl could make me stop being a playboy after 15 years after meeting her for 10 minutes.

This story is about Annie and Zack. Annie's boss asks his friend Zack to teach Annie to be more of a rebel in order to impress and sign a new recording artist who doesnt want to work with "boring" people. Zack is supposed to be this billionaire playboy and while the billionaire part was right, he didn't seem like That much of a playboy. In fact he seemed like a really nice guy that rode a motorcycle and drank beer (drinking beer isn't really a bad boy thing).

Anyway, I enjoyed it nonetheless, and since it was free, I can't argue with the value I got for my money!

2.0 out of 5 stars Not for me April 2, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This one just didn't do it for me. The plot of the book is a cute idea. However, the heroine got on my last nerve. She is an uptight, straight laced ad executive. Trying to woo younger clients the boss decides to "leather" her up a bit to appeal to the young set. Zack DiMarco, a billionaire bad boy, friends of her boss is asked to "bike" her up a bit. This could have been fun. However, her snarky negative attitude got on my last nerve. She agrees to do this and then spends every minute fighting him about everything. Of course, he is her dream guy! Really, when she hates everything he is??? I didn't get that. I finally quit reading, I just couldn't like her even a litle bit. He on the other hand is a different story. Maybe it gets better closer to the end, but I just couldn't hang on that long. I didn't find it funny at all. One minute she is sneering at him the next she wants to go to bed with him. Really? She seemed awfully immature for someone her age. Obviously the other reviewers liked it, so maybe it is just a matter of taste. Just wasn't for me.

Little really knows how to write stories with lively dialogue and fun, likable characters.
I just discovered this author and have now read her backlist of books that I can find. Really enjoyed then ask. May have a new auto-buy author.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lighthearted romance September 9, 2013

Ok, so I'm a bit of a sap, but I loved this book. I could really relate to Annie's feisty attitude. She was actually bolder than I expected, but also held her own against Zach. Other than having a really horrible reason for not committing to a relationship, he was actually a really good guy and they fit (even if they didn't see it). I was thrown at one point when near the end, it mentioned he was "throwing it all away" as if he was going from billionaire to poor guy. That didn't actually happen from what I read, but maybe I misunderstood that his selling some property was him losing it.

My other thing is that the book ended rather quickly...I wanted to get Bob's reaction, but we never get that even though he was supposedly on his way to her place.

Aside from that, watching her struggle to work with him to be someone else to hook a snotty teenage musician was fun to read. It was definitely an easy read, and luckily not one of those stories that made me want to throw my kindle.

If you like lighthearted romance, you'll like this.
