About the Author
Bill Granger is a self-taught cook whose easygoing and joyful approach to cooking is an essential element in his enduring popularity. He opened his first restaurant, bills, in Sydney at the age of 22 and now has three restaurants in Sydney and three in Japan. Bill's first London restaurant opens in 2011. I have cooked a few of these recipes and they have gone well.
Mostly these are quite well known dishes but I still found them to be quite impressive. There are quite a few recipes form an assortment of Asian countries and there were a few that I hadn't tried before.
Generally everything seems accurate and the instructions are clear and easy to follow.
The photos are nice and the book is sturdy and well produced. No signs of falling apart which some cookbooks are prone to do.
It does seem a little pricey but I would still recommend it.
