3.0 out of 5 stars Only for beginners and then quickly outgrown
This is a workout that is really aimed for beginners. It will teach the moves because the pace is very very slow. If you are new to working out and have never done any karate or kickboxing style workouts, this will be a good choice to use to learn the moves. You will age out of it really quick so try to pick this up cheaply.
