The PRODUCT it self (the exercise) is fantastic, and I'd lost the rest of the weight I couldn't shake when I went down 65lbs. But I have the original work out on VHS. The original I purchased for 39.95 + s/h, and it came with 3-VHS cassettes, but no longer own a VHS player and wanted it on DVD. The seller sold this DVD product with just the first two VHS cassettes included into the one DVD. But the third VHS was excellent for quick exercising when you're on the go... That's really the one I wanted and this DVD cost me $70. I was happy to receive the DVD, but I was really disappointed in the missing quick exercise portion. Therefore, I felt cheated. I wouldn't have paid the sucker price of $70 had I have known that it wasn't included.
