I have been doing Tae Bo for nine years, ever since Billy released his first set of tapes. That being said, this is a very poor DVD. Like other people have said, there is not much cardio involved and even though I was sweating when I was done I hardly felt like I got much of a workout like I do with his other DVDs.
Billy says in the beginning that this is supposed to be a fun and kind of loose workout unlike his other DVDs and is not supposed to be as strenuous. Well, it is not strenuous but some of the moves are so hard even Shelly (Billy's super buff daughter, who can do all of his moves with the greatest of ease) and Julianne (another lady who is in all the DVDs and has great fluidity like Shelly) have trouble with them. Half of the people in the background of the DVD seemed as confused as I was and had trouble with the moves. I consider myself in reasonably good shape but I think some of these moves were just begging for injuries.
I was lucky enough that I rented this instead of buying it and I will continue to love Tae Bo but I will not be forking out $14 for this terrible un-fun workout.
