Veternan journalist and author Sherwood Wirt has a unique perspective on his subject here. For two decades, Wirt served as executive editor of "Decision" magazine, published by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.In his capacity as editor, Wirt traveled with Mr. Graham on numerous crusade and mission trips, seeing the ministry from the inside. Working so long and in such a key position, Wirt gained both the trust and respect of Graham and his key associates. Wirt writes with a clean, uncluttered prose --- giving us many behind-the-scenes glimpses of the private faith of this very public person. If you read only two or three biographies of Graham, read this one: It's rare because of its vantage point and it's valuable because of the writing ability of its author. Five stars!!
