I had injured a ligament in my elbow and forearm a couple of months ago. It wasn't getting any better until I started using the infrared heat unit. I noticed improvement right away, and it is now almost healed. This unit costs far less than others I had seen advertised, and I am pleased with the durable construction. The gentle heat and smooth surface feels very good on the skin. The handle is a little too long for my purposes, but might be needed if being used on another part of the body.

Great Infrared Heat
I ordered this right after I sprained my hand and wrist. I used it daily for about a week and feel if really helped. It doesn't get real hot, but that is probably good.
