this cd will blow your mind. if you're into self-help, positive affirmations, or meditating this is a must own. start with your positive thought or goal 'mantra', visualize the result, and bam. you'll start to see/feel a change. i used 'don't worry, be happy' two days in a row. the next mourning when i woke-up the first thing that popped into my head was 'i'm happy'. trust me, suffering from chronic-depression, i'm never happy! i don't know what the other reviewers were doing, but this is a stereo cd that uses different 'pitches' for each ear, setting up your brain to go into the theta brain-wave state where your 'inner-voices', 'self-talk' can be changed. other versions recommend useing headphones, but if your centered between stereo speakers at the correct distance that works also. buy it!

I ordered this cd because I have trouble sleeping and it did the trick. At first I thought the beginning was alittle too loud but I noticed it works it's way down. I sleep much better now.

Nice sound
I have not figured out a sleep pattern to use this with. The beats are soothing and i would recommend this CD.
