This review is from: Binge Eating: Nature, Assessment, and Treatment (Paperback)
Published in 1993 this is a seminal work - 16 chapters written by authorities on the subject, such as Agras, Wilson, and of course Fairburn. Appendices include Fairburn et als, CBT treatment manual for BED & BN, and, The EDE. An oldie but still a goodie!
