I bought the I/O Bio tights because I was looking for a second pair of running tights for during the winter months. I did not realize until they arrived that they are essentially underwear. However, I have worn them underneath my running pants on my coldest days (mid 20's) and they really made a difference in running comfort. I have a good pair of running pants, but they do get cold as I am starting out. The wool tights got rid of that coldness without getting too warm or interfering with running. Besides being good under my running pants, they also have worked well on cooler days with shorts (upper 30's-lower 40's). They only caveat is to be careful with sizing. I ordered an XXL and the XL would probably have fit slightly better. When you run four to five days a week, in the early mornings, these are worth buying.

My husband loves this tight a loooot. It is so soft and light, and thin, breathable, which makes it a must while he went for riding in cold weather. But it was broken while being pulled up... maybe he pulled too fast and too violently...

The first time i put these things on they ripped. I expected much more quality from such an expensive product. They ripped in the middle of the leg...this was not an example of some weak seems (crotch rip). I am returning them. Very thin
