I have long suffered with severe hemorrhoids and know the relief of a bidet. I have used many models in fine hotels and in the hospital after surgery 20 years ago. I need surgery again and know what a difference it makes but don't have room to install a regular bidet nor can afford to buy a $6000 Toto toilet so I decided to buy this model though I could not believe it could work nearly as well. I received it a week ago and it took my husband about a half hour to completely install only because he had to get under the crowded sink and bending is hard for him but he said it was easy to hook up. The cold water hooks to the line that feeds the toilet, the hot to the feed under the sink. I turn on the warm water in the sink first to preheat the water in the lines so I did not get a chilly jolt (like turning on the shower) then sat and adjusted water temp and pressure. I was amazed! It works as well and even better than all the bidets I have used. It has adjustable water pressure and has more force than I need for any function including douche. Any woman would benefit from this for feminine cleaning that is quite pleasant A bidet you need to clean afterwards, this you just flush the toilet plus there is a self cleaning function (just a push of the button) for the nozzle. Now I can have a gentle stream of comforting warm water while I have a bowel movement which of course you can not do with a regular bidet. Plus the thorough cleansing after a BM soothes and helps prevent itching and infection. I can not tell you how much I have been dreading surgery but this is going to be such a help. If I had this sooner it may have helped prevent such severe problems because wiping with dry paper is so irritating to tender tissues and thorough cleansing then patting dry really makes a difference.

This is one time that I was lucky to not have the room or money for the more expensive option.

As part of a remodel for our bathroom we included a bidet. It was easily installed and works very well. Great water pressure but, you do sometimes have to wait for the warm water. I feel it has greatly increased the hygene of my family, especially, my wife and daughter......

This bidet is excellent. I am a 37 year old woman with very little plumbing experience and I was able to install this properly in the time it took my husband to mow the lawn (actually a little less). Anyway, I took my time to make sure I understood how it worked because I didn't need all the pieces that it came with.

As far as the bidet goes, it is more than I hoped for. The pressure can be controlled, the tempurature can be controlled, and so can the angle. It has two angle settings, but frankly, I move around on the seat to clean everywhere. I know this sounds awkward, but my brother was wondering if the water forced poopy water to go up your anus. It does not because you can control the pressure and aim the water where you want, and it just washes you gently. You don't have to aim directly at the anus. It can be gentle or strong. It, as my 7 year old daughter says, is like sitting on a water fountain. Of course, you do have the option of putting the pressure on high and make it a more focused, high pressure stream of water.

Also, as a woman, I had no idea what I was missing regarding "monthly" issues. Wow, it is so much more effective than toilet paper, and so much more convenient than a shower. It is like taking a mini-bath everytime you go to the bathroom.

Overall this product is excellent and I strongly recommend it.
