I put just a couple of these strips in a kitchen window and they worked very well. They didn't get every fly, but quite a few and that means less swatting. They do look kind of disgusting after a bunch of flies accumulate...but I'd rather see dead ones in the window than live ones on my kitchen counter!

Whats to say. Sticky stuff and flys stick to it. Works well enough. I would say though, you should change them often unless you don't mind lots of flys stuck to your windows.
