Standard filters can be used also for this type of work, but they need to be changed more frequently. When no filters are used, the pipettor can be contaminated already after 50 pipettings. To make filter removal safe and easy, forceps are packed with each Biohit pipettor; the mLINE mechanical pipettor features a unique filter ejection mechanism.
