I have been using Biofreeze for over a year for bursitis in the hips and arthritis inflammation in the neck. Most topical products have no effect, but Biofreeze works deep, and gives relief that enables me to sleep at night. The odor of the product when first used quickly goes away, but relief continues. I highly recommend this product.

With back surgery and an injured knee, this helps with the continuous pain. With it, I can sleep at night. I have used the pump spray, the pump gel, the roll on, and the tube gel. It all works wonderfully.

I recieved a tube of Biofreeze gel recently,It absorb in the skin with-out feeling sticky or greasy. I felt instant relief for my muscle spasms and arthritis. It is a very good massage product.

BIOFREEZE is absolutely outstanding as a pain reliever.

I had sore muscles from doing a few home repairs the other day. I applied BIOFREEZE to the affected areas, and within 10 minutes, I could feel BIOFREEZE working, soothing those achy muscles down deep.

This product does not burn you, nor freeze you, in case you are wondering. It feels GREAT truth be known!

I highly recommend this product for people with sore muscles, or people with osteoarthritis pain.

This works great for muscle aches, but I have also tried it to relieve restless leg syndrome. About three to five minutes after application, it gives a pleasant, burning sensation that really helps to block the pain. I have tried other topical pain-relieving creams, but this one wins hands-down for effectiveness. I only wish the relief lasted longer. It seems to work best for 15-20 minutes, and then needs reapplication.

I have joint swelling and arthritis in one knee and for years I have been using topical pain relievers, advil, wraps, knee braces - none of these stopped the pain. I went for a massage a few months ago and the therapist used BioFreeze on my shoulders and back. It was great on my back and I wondered if it would be good on my knee. I bought a tube when I left that day and I have been using it ever since. There is absolutely NO PAIN in my knee. My husband swears by it too. He has tennis elbow. I have a tube or a pump at work, in my car, in the basement (where my gym equipment is), on the first floor, and the second floor in my house. I cannot be without it. I suffered for YEARS and all I needed was BioFreeze! You can't buy this product in the stores, so online with Amazon is the way to go.

This product does what it claims, Relieves Pain. Probably the best on the OTC Market available for everyday use. I highly recommend it!!!

I'd been looking for this product locally for sometime, but no one carried it. Had used it during the Disney Marathon in 2007 and it instantly helped to ease the pain and stiffness I was experiencing after having run the half marathon the day before and after 18 miles of the marathon in very hot and humid conditions.

The product is a greesless jell that doesn't seen to stain clothing. Only negative I have about the product is that it's benifits, at least for me, are short lived. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes.

My family was introduced to biofreeze through my mother's massage therapist, and it has been a real blessing. My mother uses it every day to reduce the pain in discomfort in her shoulder and arm muscles caused by seizures, and my girlfriend loves it for arthritis in her knee. Now my father is using it for a strained back. It really does work much better than other pain-relieving ointments that we have tried. I definetely recommend this product.

First off, wish I had gotten a way smaller bottle. I have pretty bad back pain on and off where I cannot work out, cannot do aerobics anymore and have to be very careful what I do in the gym and at home. Yesterday I simply bent down in a squat to do something and reinjured my back that was bothering me from hours in the car. I applied heat, took some aleve and later in the day - remembered the biofreeze. I rubbed a small amount in. I didn't really feel a chill but boy does it get very hot! Maybe I'm allergic to it or something. But I almost had to wash it off it burned so much. On the other hand, it did alleviate the pain some. And this morning, pain is not too bad.
