People, we're supposed to be rating the PRODUCT, not Amazon itself! Regardless of the wait time, the PRODUCT is fabulous. I have really long and thick hair and thus have to buy the super size bottles of everything. Just switched to this shampoo about a month and a half ago and it's very concentrated, foams up easily, and I find myself not going through the bottle as fast as other shampoo's I have tried before.
Happy shampooing! And it smells WONDERFUL!

This is a must for anyone with chemically processed hair. I have tried many different salon/beauty supply store shampoos looking for something that works. I will never go back to anything else.

Good, but dries my scalp out.,

Biolage IS a good shampoo, but it's not for me. I'm a 20-year-old male with longer hair and I had friends recommend this shampoo, and I was able to get a deal on both this and the condition for $25.
Prior to using this I had been shampooing with Selsun Blue for Dry Skin, and conditioning with Nioxin (Really I had just been too lazy to order more Nioxin shampoo lol). I had found that combination to work rather well, but I'm always open for something better if it's possible. As you can probably assume, I have a very sensitive scalp. My stylist told me that I may possibly have a mild form of psoriasis too. I'm also in the early stages of a receeding hairline (which may be helped via psorisis from what I'm told), so finding a product that can preserve my hair as much as possible is very important to me. Unfortunately, I don't believe Biolage to be it. Biolage causes my scalp to break out, so I can only assume I'm allergic to something in it. Not only that, but it actually dries it out badly (a little strange for 'hydratherapie'). However, the worst aspect is I've immediately noticed an increase in the hair I lose -- most notably my hair line. I haven't lost hair on my hairline in a year, and within the first two or three shampoos with Biolage I noticed a difference. I'm only left to assume I'm losing hair on the rest of my head as well. While it's not a huge difference so far, if you're a guy who's just starting to lose your hair, this is your worst nightmare. What I do like about Biolage is the smell, and the fact that it lathers very easy. While it irritates my scalp, it makes my hair feel very manageable and fuller. I can't say I'm a large fan of the conditioner (which I think may be more to blame for my problems), but that's for another review. If you're a male with a sensitive scalp in the early stages of hair recession, I'd recommend you try Nioxin first.

I have used both cheaper and more expensive shampoo but have found that I always come back to Biolage. It is a great product.

I got this product at least 6 months ago and there's still a lot left of it. It's really creamy and in my opinion better than Aveda and a looot of other hair care products, definately one of the best products I've tried on my hair when paired with the conditioner. It's also not as expensive as kerastase, and works better on my fine hair. Usually, I'll put on a leave-in conditioner afterwards(still searching for a favorite here, used to really like redken no.4 lushwhip), then a little biosilk, then flat iron my hair. =)

The beauty salon that I go to uses Matrix products. When I inquired the price for the shampoo, it was $15.00 for a 10 oz. (or maybe 16 oz)bottle. When I saw this for under $23.00 for 33.8 oz. I ordered it. I have dyed hair and found it to be exceptionally good.

Simply the best for dry, frizzy hair. Totally worth the money!,

I have really dry, brittle, frizzy, curly, Jewish hair that breaks off really easily. I have really dry, frizzy, curly, brittle Jewish hair. I've been using this Shampoo and the Biolage Ultra Hydrating Conditioner for 10 years. Whenever I get cheap and think, "Oh, I should try this other shampoo because it's cheaper. Blah, Blah, Blah," I always regret it because my hair looks like crap and breaks off horribly. The nice thing is that you don't need to use a lot of it. It's not the end all be all for me, but it is a cornerstone in my hair routine.
My hair routine: I use Matrix Biolage hydratherapy shampoo and conditioner in the tub, CHI Silk Infusion as a leave in treatment before I comb my hair out with my hair pick, and then style with AG Foam. I also take Biotin vitamins specifically along with my multi-vitamin. I avoid straightening my hair and also put Biolage conditioner in my swimcap before swimming. It took me a long time, but I finally found the right routine to help my hair grow out.

I had dry hair, but this fixed it. One bottle lasts forever and my hair is very long. Never going back to Pantene. I love this stuff!

I have always been skeptical of expensive shampoos, but Biolage by Matrix is worth the extra expense. My friend turned me on to it after cutting my hair and noticing the texture. I was hesitant to try it, but once I did, I was hooked. This product leaves my very fine hair soft and managable and has reduced breaking and frizz. I love it!
