Product Description

Each high-efficiency Hepa-Type filter helps remove up to 99% of airborne dust and pollen as small as 2 microns from air passing through the filter. They also help reduce smoke, mold spores and pet dander. Each filter is enhanced with Arm & Hammer® baking soda to help absorb and eliminate common household odors. These filters are meant to be used in Bionaire® brand air cleaners but can also be used in Holmes® brand air cleaners as well.

I have a bionaire air purifier which requires replacement filters about once every 4-6 months or so, so I try to look for package deals that contain many of these replacement filters for a less expensive price, and I was glad to have found them! There are 2 replacement filters in one box that's especially made for the filters, which would be very appropriate if you are giving them as a gift. Along with each replacement filter, there is a little bar clip-on thingies included (if you own one of these purifiers, you'll know what I am talking about), which tend to easily be lost if you are changing filters and not paying attention. But since they come with the replacement filters in the box, you have extra ones in case you ever accidentally throw them away! In all, it was a great deal and i bought 2 boxes! I am happy with my purchase, and the delivery was super fast!

This is a quality filter at a good price. But, it does not fit my HAP240 unit as well as the OEM filter. I had to make a gasket out of cardboard to cover the gaps around the filter. That got it functional, but it has a slight whistle from air leaking through the remaining cracks. If you're not handy, it might be worth the extra money to get the OEM filters for a HAP240.
