• Anatomical Relief Pad System: The hand has natural peaks and valleys determined by the placement of the bones. I use these gloves all the time for gardening. Whether I'm pulling weeds or shoveling, my hands stay protected. They are not water proof so your hands will get wet, but the gloves have remained in great shape despite the abuse I put them through. I was skeptical about getting the light color because I didn't want to "dirty them", lol. But I am glad I did because they keep my hands cool during the summer heat (my old dark gloves absorbed a lot of heat and made my hands very sweaty). Once I used them and got them dirty , I got over the whole "trying to keep them clean" phase. All I do is rub my hands (w/gloves) under the sink and they are as good as new (well, almost)
