5.0 out of 5 stars Great fun for Bionicle fans
I have no idea why this got some average/negative reviews. My 9-year-old Son LOVES this. Since it arrived 4 weeks ago it has taken precedence over all his other Wii games. We nearly didn't get it because of the other reviews and he continually thanks us for "taking the risk". I recommend this (and the 2nd-hand resellers "DiscX") to all game players that are Bionicle...

3.0 out of 5 stars Be A Bionicle and Have a BLAST!
If you like the Bionicle universe like our son does, this is a rather cool and intriguing game for the NOVICE Wii Player. You're placed into a world where you can walk around, turn, alternate weapons/tools to blast clues left as Bionicle pieces. If you like the Bionicle universe like our son does, this is a rather cool and intriguing game for the NOVICE Wii Player. You're placed into a world where you can walk around, turn, alternate weapons/tools to blast clues left as Bionicle pieces. It took about five minutes to get used to, then you really feel the sensation of running, looking, walking, switching weapons. It's cool. It shows off the hardware ability of the Wii to make it really easy for first-time users to play in a virtual environment.

There are no really fancy graphics. But, it does have creatures that my son built over the past few years since the Bionicle movies came out (1, 2, and 3). What it really underlines is this: how much more fun it is to INTERACT with a game, than to sit passively in front of movie he's seen a dozen times before.

Check it out. It doesn't have the fifty buck price tag of some of the other games. And, it will re-ignite your interest in Bionicles, Legos and, of course, LEGOLAND!

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Bionicle Heroes (Video Game)
I bought this for $13(full price is $40). I was looking for one used, and this one is in perfect condition. I saw ones that were used(and in poor condition)that were way over full price for a new one. The service was great, and I got it on time. This was a great buy, and I encourage you to buy from this seller!

3.0 out of 5 stars Just O.K., January 20, 2008
= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Bionicle Heroes (Video Game)
We bought this for our Bionicle-obsessed 8 and 9 year-old boys - just the audience I'm assuming the creators intended to appeal to. Out of the 4 games they received for Christmas, this fell to the bottom of the heap and became the one least played. It seemed difficult and frustrating to use. The boys did like the action, but their frustration led them to abandon the game pretty quickly.
