I just got this set on March 9th,2007. It is very cool, measuring up to my knee. It stays together well. My Dad ordered this set and when it came in the mail it was the Vezon & Fenrakk set. So he called up Lego and they E-Mailed us the instructions to build Kardas. My Dad then printed those out while my Mom got Axonn, one of the sets needed to build Kardas. I didn't build Vezon because I wanted to save some cool pieces.

Now that I had Vezon, Fenrakk, Axonn, Brutaka, and the instructions to build Kardas, I went right to work. It took me 5 hours to build from 4:30 to 10:30 having only a one hour break. some steps in the instructions were confusing, and some even blurry. But I got through it just fine.

I just got Kardas in the mail and it said it was 667 pieces!!! Well, I loved it when it was finished. It was pretty stable and was like having a dream! I personally love it! You have to beg your parents to get it! If you are one, get it for them! It may be expensive, but it's sooooooo worth it!!!!!!! On my scale 1 being the worst and 100 being the best ever known to man (and maybe dolphins) it would, without a doubt, be 100. I can't stress it enough! It's AWESOME!

Verified Purchase
I purchased this on May 25th 2010 and received it on June 1st 2010. This is an excellent set to have if you love BIONICLES. When I got Axonn, Brutaka, and Vezon & Fenrakk I didn't know that they could combine into Vezon & Kardas. I found out later that all three could combine to make Vezon & Kardas. However, I chose not to make Vezon & Kardas because I didn't have the instruction booklets to make them and I didn't want to risk cracking any of the parts that made up Vezon & Kardas since Axonn, Brutaka, and Vezon & Fenrakk were already assembled. After I got the Vezon & Kardas set, I started building it right away. With a completion time of 3 hours and 15 minutes. Vezon & Kardas is an a amazing set. There are two new things about Vezon he has an axe shield and a chain that is held on his Spear of Fusion. Kardas however, is awesome as well he has retractable wings, strong durable legs and his mouth can open and close. His twig like arms and the tail are just right for the model, any longer then it wouldn't fit apportionately. I noticed in a BIONICLE comic book Kardas measured 14 inches tall. I measured him at 16.5 inches from the tip of the wing to the end of the foot. Overall I think that this is an awesome set to have because I love BIONICLES, this is the first ever BIONICLE dragon that LEGO has ever created.

My son recently purchased this item through Amazon.com and he is EXTREMELY pleased with it. He disagrees with the other reviews stating that this set is very difficult to build and doesn't stay together well. This set is not for inexperienced and young builders, but for the experienced builders, it should take a couple of hours. It stays together very well.

I have not purchased one of these but I believe my friend did a few years ago from you and they are awesome I was wondering if you could help me or if anyone could help me. I bought two of these when they first came out have three axon two of the yellow one with the giant sword. and several other really expensive bionicles what I am trying to ask is that, despite them being box less could I fetch a good price for them. All together I have around 10,000 bionicle pieces and have purchased nearly all the big boss that are expensive.
