An excellent way to learn biostatistics,
By Matt McCurdy (Houston, TX United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Biostatistics: Experimental Design and Statistical Inference (Hardcover)
What makes this book stand out from other books on biostatistics is the 100 summarized and briefly critiqued experiments in the second half of the book. I found that critiquing the experiments and comparing to the author's critique dragged me kicking and screaming to a better understanding of statistics in biological experiments. The book has trained me to quickly review other experiments well.
