The various carboxylase enzymes are important for lipid metabolism and energy production (ATP) via synthesis of oxaloacetate. Alcohol decreases biotin status in the body.

I've been taking these for a few months now, based on a research study I read concerning the benefits of Biotin (hair health, lowers blood sugar, etc). I've noticed an improvement in my hair. My hair looks much healthier and feels thicker too!
