Comprehensive Book on Biosecurtiy,

This is a comprehensive book on biosecurity even addressing the often ignored issue of counterproliferation worldwide. Because of that it is not very specific and some of the recommendations aren't very practical but such is academia. I do recommend the book as a good overview.
