This review is from: Birchwood Casey Shoot-N-C 8-Inch Round Target (30 Sheet Pack) (Sports)
At the time I bought this 30 pack the price was $20 delivered for a per-target price of $0.66 each. This is a great value, as the local Wal-Mart sells a pack that is about $1 each.
Each target is a peel-and-stick "label". It adheres excellent to cardboard and clean, flat surfaces. I adheres OK to rougher surfaces like old, splintering plywood. I affixed this directly to an old shot-up apple crate and ended up having to supplement a little duct tape to keep it on when the wind kicked up. Every target has four "pasties" that you can peel off and affix to the target after you've shot it. Each pasty is large enough to cover 2 or 3 .45 caliber holes, depending on how close your grouping is. The pasties are useful enough to extend each target by at least one more shooting group. Here is a great suggestion to really extend the life of each target -- if you have guns of multiple calibers, start with your lowest caliber and work your way up. You can easily tell the difference between your .22 caliber hitsvs. your 9mm vs. your .45 caliber. Using this methodology, you could probably use a single target up to 6 times, unless you are a nail driver and shoot out your bullseye really quickly! The only downsides I can say are: 1) These targets are much more expensive than paper targets, but they're so easy to see that they're totally worth it for practicing your shooting and making adjustments after each shot. 2) The pasties can sometimes fly off when they get hit. Make sure you give them a good press and seal.

Very Helpful Aid - Highly Recommended!,

This review is from: Birchwood Casey Shoot-N-C 8-Inch Round Target (30 Sheet Pack) (Sports)
"Shoot-N-C" are just about the best aid for target shooters! These are particularly helpful to spot where your shots are hitting as there is coating that flakes away, revealing a florescent ring around the entry hole. I like to use them when using a small caliber (like .22) at distances over 50' because my aging eyes can't always pick out the hits without these.
In addition, they also are stickers that can be placed over previously shot paper targets or even applied to regular sheets of paper to give a fresh target area. My kids like the Birchwood Casey Dirty Bird Multi-Color Target 8" (Per 20) Md: 35820. as they are more colorful and better indicate how far away from the bullseye you have hit. Highly recommended! CFH
