I tried these out and I was impressed that I can see the hits at 70-80 Yards away without a spotting scope.

I participate in rimfire steel and pintop matches and these disciplines require excellent marksmanship and trigger control.

Good balance of adhesive on the back because they stick well and don't fall off yet peel off of cardboard easy enough.

I'm just not interested in paying for real estate outside of 3". Nice, bright color. Easy to carry. 'nuff said.

These are exactly what I need and there are enough of them (240) to last me for the rest of my life. The size is perfect because MY guns are not totally out of whack and I don't need a HUGE target. I can stick two of them on a large piece of white paper and see where I am hitting every time. I can also stick them to anything else and have an instant target..

Let's see. You buy a good pistol. You pay money to go to the range and target practice.
You spend good money on ammunition but you cheap out with targets the range
provides that you can't see where your bullet hit. WHat up with that?

These Birchwood Casey Shoot-N-C's are the best you can get for giving you a
clear picture of exactly where you're bullets are hitting the target which gives you
the edge up on how to adjust you sight picture for maximum efficiency.

Furthermore, the smaller the target, the more accurate you're likely to be. It just
makes sense. I highly recommend these targets.

I must agree that the targets are a bit pricey, However the ability to see where your shot hit immediately is an immense advantage when learning a new weapon, or for adjusting sights and/or setting up a laser sight. The cost of a product used for training is proportional to it's benefit. Shooting 1-5 rounds and then looking at your target breaks your concentration, changes your shooting position, and, in my opinion, breaks the ability to make minor modifications to your stance, grip, and even how one reacts to how a weapon moves when fired. Things such as recoil, re-alignment on the target, and reacquiring the target times. I shoot at my local range 2-3 times per month. I start by shooting 2-4 rounds slowly and then increase the pace to 5-7 rounds or more every 10 seconds. The Shoot-N-C targets allow instant feedback. With a shot clock and a helper I can empty an 18 rnd mag with better accuracy at higher speed at the end of the mag than when I started. If I had one suggestion for Birchwood Casey it would be to incorporate color differentials on the targets. For example Green for the center Bullseye, orange for the 2nd ring, yellow for ring 3 and red for the rest of the target. Admittedly such an arrangement would increase the cost of the target. An extra $.25 per target for such a setup would be worth the cost to be able to determine how one is controlling the weapon! With ammunition in short supply and ever rising costs the benefit of immediate feedback would help shooters shorten their learning curves and possibly identify changes they need to make to be more accurate in a shorter time frame
Sincere Regards,

Work great. This is my 3rd or or 4th 240 target pack. I am a big fan of the 3 inch target so you train to aim small, miss small. They have good fast visual feedback with 9mm and .40 out to 50 feet (indoors). Work well up to 70 yards with .22lr at 3x power and likely past that distance(outdoors). I keep them in my range bag and post 2-4 of them up on the cardboard hanging in a lane so I don't have to mess with tape and another target. When a four pack is done, I turn it over and use the dots that come with a pack to make a target on the middle back side and the dots hang it for longer distance shooting (which you can see pretty well too because the back is bright white). Good balance of adhesive on the back because they stick well and don't fall off yet peel off of cardboard easy enough. I buy this pack about twice a year so I get exactly what I want and its pretty cheap. Good for slow or fast shooting like USPSA.

I was introduced to these by a friend who uses them for all his indoor .22 pistol practice. GIven that you know you're going to put all your shots into a 3" circle at 50', why hang a 12" target that you're going to replace after a dozen shots? I paste up 9 of these on a backing at my club, and I have 9 targets x 10 shots minimum before changing targets. For pistol, I use them at 50' and 25 yards. Air rifle, up to 50 yards. And for a scoped .22 rifle, I use them at up to 100 yards. With an 8x scope on my .22, I can easily see the hits on each target at that distance. At less than 8 cents a target, these are a great deal.

Arrived in great condition. These targets are fairly small, but they worked well with my 10/22 and handguns at the range.

Great for classes to use during the failure drill for instant feedback on head shots. I use the 6" for centermass and these for the head. As an instructor no matter where I am on the line, I'm able to get instant feedback from each student ad the student does as well without having to come of the Frontsight. Big fan of all the Shoot-N-C targets from the 1" pasters to the 12" square for long range rifle shooting.
