Surprisingly stable for its visual lightness, this calla lily stand from Bird Brain provides a lovely resting place for a gazing ball in your garden or sunroom. Crafted from wrought iron and painted by hand, the stand features a triangular design and pointed feet. The ball (not included) rests on an open circular base with side supports to cradle it safely. The iron pieces that form the lilies and their leaves are markedly elegant. While they do not disguise the stand supports, they seem to be growing up around them. Assembly is simple, and the stand is easy to move once put together. It stands 26-1/2 inches high, and the ball rests at 24 inches. --Emily Bedard
