5.0 out of 5 stars Great small feeder
I wanted a small, attractive hummingbird feeder for my window. We live in an apartment above a store front, so I was unsure if any birds would visit our feeder. I set it up on our back window - which faces a parking lot and so I thought our only hope was a large tree about fifty feet away from our window. 1.0 out of 5 stars Too heavy for suction cup
I purchased this and received it last night. I cleaned the window thoroughly, adhered the suction cup and filled the feeder. It fell within a 1/2 hour and smashed on the pool deck. Although very attractive it didn't last long. :)

I wanted a small, attractive hummingbird feeder for my window. We live in an apartment above a store front, so I was unsure if any birds would visit our feeder. I set it up on our back window - which faces a parking lot and so I thought our only hope was a large tree about fifty feet away from our window. AND we have a window unit a/c, which I thought would deter any birds as well.

Within a week we already had a female visiting our feeder a few times a day! A month or two later we had multiple hummers visiting about every 10-20 minutes :)

The only downside is the small size of the feeder, so the (multiple) birds drink about a third of it in a day sometimes. Then I have to refill it because the smaller hummers can't reach the food inside. Overall, I don't mind this because I like to look of the feeder, and then the food can stay fresh.
If you are concerned about birds finding it, I would suggest starting with the Red Crackle happy hummer feeder, because hummingbirds are attracted to red. Then consider adding other colors later!

P.S. I also leave a few drops of water on the suction cup we reattaching it to the window, this seems to help it seal better. And then try to push the seal flat.
