We next have craftsman shape or "turn" 3' of wood on a lathe. The 47" post and 3' post are then sanded and primed with exterior latex primer. Once primed and posts sanded and free of defects we apply 2 generous coats of exterior latex paint. This high quality finish provides a radiant sleek mildew and fade resistant finish. All weather exterior latex enamel paint also resists cracking, peeling and blistering. <-----------------> Bird House Construction: Bird houses are constructed of high quality hand chosen raw, rough-sawn Western Red Cedar. The natural oils in the Cedar allow for long lasting home for birds. We paint only the exterior of the houses to not effect the birds health or habitat.
