About the Author

Jean Stull is a well known outdoor artist and ornithologist. She and her late husband Jim Stull banded birds on Presque Isle for more than twenty five years. The nature center at Presque Isle State Park is named after them.

Jerry McWilliams is an international birder who has led field trips to Africa and South America. He is a records chairman for the Presque Isle Audubon Society.
