This is a laminated, fold out guide to birds of prey. Very nicely done, shows the birds posed and in flight. Handy to have in your backpack for hikes, counts, and bird watching. Highly recommend.

This is a great field guide for familiarizing yourself with these birds. As another review stated, it is not really a book, but a laminated sheet, folded like a map. Very nice.

I bought two books that covered lore on red-tailed hawks--this author is terrific, in the knowledge he has of birds of prey, and the personal observations he shares that add to the 'straight facts'. Highly recommend.
