I have had such pain in my heels that I did not know what to do. I went to my doctor who told me all about Plantar Fasciitis and diagnosed me with it. I was told to buy these inserts instead of the expensive shoes and boy did they work almost immediately. I have never had such relief in my life and would highly suggest this product for other sufferers. I assure you that you will not be sorry.

This is great if you're cursed with high arch feet like me; it's the closest to buying Birkenstock sandals or shoes, but can be used with any other brand.

This model is only for casual shoes, you might have a hard time even getting your feet in dress shoes (there's another model for those).

Materials feel high quality, but the price is a little steep.

I've been using Birkenstock Blue Footbed arch supports for many years. I have always found them to provide the support I need, especially by 'cupping' the heel (helpful for older people who tend to lose the padding on the bottom of their foot), making walking in whatever shoes I choose to wear just like wearing Birkenstocks.

Great product! Tried the cheeper inserts from the local stores, none worked as good as the Berkinstock's insert! With in 2 days, my foot pain was nearly gone!
Havent had any pain since!

Get them in your size - otherwise they don't work. But they have me walking - running - living again, after not being able to. What can I say - nothing compares, and saved me from buying custom orthotics at 2-5 times the cost (which never worked as good as these anyway!

Have had Birkenstock blue footbed arch supports for many years. Decided to order them from here this time. MISTAKE. I wear a medium width footbed and these are for a narrow foot. Footsmart should include this information when ordering so customers can choose their correct foot bed for their arch supports. Have returned them for a refund as a narrow foot bed will not work for me. I guess I will continue to support my local Birkenstock carrier from now on and will not make this mistake again.

Bought these as an alternative to pair of insoles Dr. sold me to help w/planter facitis(?). Have had other Birkenstock products, and just wearing these did help. Supplier got me product in excellant fashion - very quick and in good shape,with great price.

I love this product. This is my second pair, I wore my fist pair for about two years. They make my feet feel great.

I have been using these "fussbeit" supports for years now, and have yet to be disappointed. I have a very, very flat foot and these help to put a little bounce in my gait. My feet and back are noticeably less sore at the end of the day, and living in New York, I walk a lot. These insoles are not for running shoes or heavy exercise, but I believe birkenstock makes a full-length insole for that purpose. In sneakers or dress shoes, these work wonderfully.

My Podiatrist said the best thing you can use for plantar fasciitis is Birkenstock. So I bought some shoes & insoles. I have riding boots that I put these in & they work perfect. Have to purchase both narrow & regular for different boots. But I am very pleased with the insoles. I had a pair years ago & got rid of them. Boy did I wish I had them back. Did not realize I would have a bad 4 months with my foot. Getting better. But have to keep arch support on all the time. I tried another brand & did not feel as good as Birkenstock does.
