The Amazon ad doesn't tell you that these are "Birkies" (plastic uppers) and not like regular Birkenstocks.

The shoes actually cost $40 by the time they added taxes and shipping. I ordered a size 45 (US 12). When I tried on the shoes they clearly were mislabled. The shoes were at least two sizes too small. I called Champs about a return and they only defended their size chart. They would not address the missized shoes. They said they would refund my money minus $6 for shipping. After a number of phone calls and emails, I finally got a full refund from Amazon.
