I purchased a pair of the Birkenstock Knee Cushions a month ago, and since then have been doing about 200% more gardening.

The cushions are soft enough to pad the knees effectively against just about anything (brick walkways are the worst around my home), but are solid enough to provide the stability necessary to garden effectively.

Also, unlike most fabric kneepads, this set is completely washable! Great stuff. Buy it!

I've had this for years and love it. It is literally a Berkenstock for your knees. I've used it at work at my desk when my lower back was bothering me. I bought one for my husband for working on our motorcycles at the track. Woo hoo! This is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I LOVE IT! I purchased this with the gold box value and it's been great puchase. I bought this for my bathroom where I gave a bath every night to my 7 months old son. I have bad knees, maybe all bendings and picking up our baby put a toll on them. With this product, giving him a bath has been fun instead of torture. I tried some of baby stuff for bath time - nothing worked like this. BUY THIS and you won't be sorry for your money!

This has got to be the best kneeling pad around! I have arthritis, and my Birkenstock knee cushion makes it possible to be on my knees again. The pad has a comfortable supportive firmness. The scooped indentations give a cupping affect for each knee. With more of the knee in contact with a firm surface, weight is distributed across more of the knee instead of only a portion of your kneecap. When I found out how great it is, I bought a second. Since then I've been buying/giving them for gifts. It's always a hit.

This is the second time I've bought this product for my son who is an air conditioning technician. He uses it all day to knee on in his job and says it saves his knees.

Excellent product for knee problems or knee replacement patients where you can't kneel. It supports the area around the knee cap rather than right on the center.

I had thought my gardening days were over - my knees just hurt too badly after only a few minutes of kneeling. Nothing helped! This knee cushion is fantastic! I can get all my outdoor work done AND now have a second cushion for my indoor cleaning use! My first cushion is still in heavy use =5 years old - in no way compressed and supports my old knees wonderfully!

Extremely comfortable knee cushion to use on tile floors like the other reviewer stated. I use it while giving my son a bath and it really saves my knees. I was using another product that you sit on but I found that kneeling is still the position I use most often for my 8 month old. I am so glad I got it but I wish there were more color choices since I am not strictly using it for gardening and I keep it in my blue and white bathroom. The color is such a minor thing overall because this is a great knee cushion and seems very durable.
