I am commenting on the Habana colored sparta sandals only:

I love these sandals. They are very comfortable with great arch support. I've collected five pairs of birkenstocks over the last couple of decades & this is my favorite "summer pair." Like all birkenstocks, most people will find that they need a breaking in period.

I purchased the Habana color several months ago. The item description states the upper material is birko-flor (synthetic/non leather), however, the Habana (and I'm ONLY commenting on the Habana) is full leather upper. Check the birkenstock website & you can find out which colors/combos come in leather vs birko-flor.

I would not recommend the birko-flor uppers for anyone - they do not age well and they do not clean easily. I do own a pair of Gizehs (similar thong-type model) with the synthetic birko-flor upper. I personally don't think they're worth the money. Yes, the suede footbed is the exact same and they're cheaper than the ones with the leather uppers but they will last for only a fraction of the time as the fabric creases funny and the outer surface color starts wearing away.

I love this style Birks so much, I have it in four colors. I'm a wide flatfooted size 10 gal, and I love to wear this Birk because they are so very comfortable. I have never had any problems with the toe piece or keeping these shoes on. Shoes usually run too small or narrow for my foot, but the 41Regular fits perfect on my 10M-W foot.

I also have this shoe in Bronze from a previous season, which is very similar to Golden Brown. Out of my 4 pairs in this style, this color is my favorite by far because of its versatility & neutrality. I'm not ashamed to say that I love this shoe and wouldn't hesitate to purchase more in the future when new colors become available.

The first pair I received had a flaw so Amazon was qucik to replace them. The comfort of the sole is awesome as with all Birkenstocks! However even with the second pair, the thong between the toes caused an issue with my large toe so I am having to return the second pair as well to buy a pair with just the straps. I am a Birkenstock sandal lover as they conform to the foot and lasts forever!! So comfortable I take my walks in them instead of my tennis shoes and I have severe neuropathy. I recommend this brand of shoe for all who enjoy comfort and reliability.

I love these Birkenstocks, they are my first pair and they are wonderful. They are my favorite style that they make =]

THEY ARE CUTE AND COMFORTABLE.
WHEN I FIRST GOT THEM I WORE THEM TO MY GRANDMAS HOUSE
AND SHE LOVED THEM RIGHT AWAY AND WANTED THEM.

I AM WAITING FOR A GREAT SALE AGAIN SO I CAN PURCHASE HER, HER OWN PAIR OF BIRKENSTOCKS!
