I bought a pair of these back in March. I was kicking myself for spending 80 bucks on a pair of shoes, but holy cow im sure glad I did. They sure felt wierd 1st time I put em on, and i got a blister or two while I was getting used to them... now for the 1st time in my adult life I dont have calluses on my feet, and my feet and back dont ache anymore at the end of an 11 hour shift at the restaurant. After 5 months of abuse, the treads are barely worn. The insoles are getting a little threadbare, but theyll still be useable for a long time before I have to shell out the 20 bucks for some new ones. They stay on your feet nice, they arent slippery on a greasy or wet floor, they dont stink, and they arent hot. So good.

The best shoes I have ever worked in. I work in a kitchen and get wet feet, sometimes, and these have taken care of the problem. This is the second pair I have bought in 2 1/2 years. I work 45 hrs a week and this is a wonderful life for a pair of work shoes. I use to go through 2 pairs a year. And they are so comfortable.

I bought these as a gift for my mom, she is a chef and she loves them. Very light,comfortable and easy to clean.

bought these for long days in the hospital including hours standing in the OR. they're great for standing as they provide good arch support, but they're horrible for walking in - they cramped my toes and gave me blisters on the top of my toes

These shoes are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, especially standing. The only draw back is the ventilation. They really don't breath and cause stinky feet.

I'm a nurse and was after these shoes for a long time until I got them!! the only bad thing is that since the insole are made of corck i had to buy a heel support insole to have a bit more cushion other than that I'm a happy camper!!!!!!!!!

These shoes are great as always. Wore them while I was pregnant so I didn't have to tie my shoes.

I have been in the restaurant industry for almost ten years so far and I have tried multiple shoes including dansko, shoes for crews, klogs, crocs...etc.

The Super Birki has never failed me. I had one pair last me 3 years, wearing them practically everyday all day long (with a few insole replacements of course) They are the most comfortable, sole supportive shoe that I have found for myself. I would recommend them to anyone that is on their feet for 10+ hours straight a day.

I've been wearing Birks since 1999 and I absolutely love them. They are very well made, suit the contours of my feet and I have high arches and are so extremely comfortable for the wide foot as well. Whether with or without socks, they are a great fit. They last a long time and tolerate any kind of weather conditions. Slip out the insert and you could walk through water with them. Love them and look forward to staying in them for years to come.

Like wearing slippers at work. Good arch support but gets a little too hot sometimes.
