Basically you get exactly what you think you're going to get. The five designs are shown and you indeed get two of each design.

I bought these for work - where I was looking for something non-descript but pleasant that we could pass around for co-workers. They serve that purpose well. They're not very humorous or anything but that's what I was going for.
