I really transcended the fear of labor/birth
I used the entire program from Hypnofertility through my easy natural birth. This CD was the final breakthrough.with every contraction {Dr Leclaire calls them Rhythmic Risings] I truly was able to go deeper and deeper and feel an amazing sense of accomplishment when completely unmedicated yet in a deep relaxed ,safe trance I finally pushed my healthy , baby girl out...

Didn't use this cd
I purchased this cd after reading some of the positive reviews and it was not what I expected. There is a woman talking over some chanting. I didn't realize that a woman with a sultry voice was going to be talking throughout the cd, it was very distracting. I only made it to the first nine minutes, because the cd was skipping so badly that I couldn't play it anymore...

It was truly the most amazing accomplishment of my life.I'd use this even if you want an epidural .It just makes it all easier.

I purchased this cd after reading some of the positive reviews and it was not what I expected. There is a woman talking over some chanting. I only made it to the first nine minutes, because the cd was skipping so badly that I couldn't play it anymore. I received it a week before I had my baby (she was a week early) so I didn't even take it with me to the hospital. Save your money.
