2.0 out of 5 stars Not So Good, July 20, 2005

This review is from: Biscuit's Graduation Day (Paperback)
I suppose it had to happen sooner or later. I was disappointed by a Biscuit book! The art is just as endearing as in previous volumes but the story really misses the mark.

In previous special event flap books, we see Biscuit and the Girl-in-purple-sneakers experience holidays and events from a child's perspective. But each manages to say something about how a child experiences the event/holiday. But in this one, there is no information about what is going on other than it is a graduation. After reading it to my kids I had to explain what went on and what graduations are. Still, they liked the pictures and Biscuit was a cute as ever but personally I felt the author could have filled in a few of the gaps.
