5.0 out of 5 stars Great review book!!!, December 19, 2009
This review is from: Bisk CPA Review: Regulation - 38th Edition 2009-2010 (Comprehensive CPA Exam Review Regulation) (Paperback)
This is my first review. I am using Becker CPA review, but I felt that I was not getting enough questions to practice so I supplemented with this book. I felt that this book helped me passed the exam more than Becker review. The explanation for the answers were better written. I thought that it gave me more challenging questions than the Becker questions, in which it helped me edge a passing score. Many of the questions are very similar, but it is better explained with Bisk. I believe for the actual exam I took, the Bisk material were more relevant for the exam that I received. All in all, $40 is well worth it.

While Wiley seems to cram too much information into their review books, I think Bisk cuts too much. I probably won't buy any of the other sections

5.0 out of 5 stars Economical CPA Review!, April 5, 2010

This review is from: Bisk CPA Review: Regulation - 38th Edition 2009-2010 (Comprehensive CPA Exam Review Regulation) (Paperback)
Fantastic books that are helping me review for the CPA exam and are much cheaper than Becker (since my employer does not cover these costs). Easy to read and well laid out. It is better than Gleim in my opinion too. Bisk even called me two weeks ago to see how I was doing, if needed any additional materials, and also let me know of the upcoming changes to the CPA exam.
