Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Whey, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Dextrose, Garlic, Buttermilk, Monocalcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Lactic Acid, Colored With (Artificial Color, Yellow 5&6), Whey Protein Concentrate, Cream, Dried Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Natural Flavor.
Prep Time: 2 minutes. Bake Time: 11 minutes. You will need 1/2 cup water. 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir biscuit mix and 1/2 cup water until soft dough forms. 2. Lightly grease (or spray with cooking spray) cookie sheet. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. 3. Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Makes six 3-inch or eight 2 1/2-inch biscuits. I have used boxed bisquick for years, for whatever reason, these packets mix easier and are moister than using the standard bisquick recipie.

These biscuits are flakey and soft. My family enjoys them.
I find them a little salty for my taste.
