We have only used this concentrated solution with our Bissell Spotbot Pet. Since the formula container for the Spotbot has markings on the side that tell how much formula to add, and we didn't know a non-concentrated formula had ever been available, we were using twice as much (or more) formula as was needed. This meant we ran out of formula quite quickly! I just finally read the back of the bottle (duh!) and found that you're supposed to add two capfuls to the container and fill with hot water up to the formula line. Oops!

So, if you use the concentrated formula, be sure you read the instructions first! While the formula works well, it has a very strong (though pleasant) odor, which might give a sensitive person an allergic reaction. I'd recommend using this product with the windows open for your first time in case that happens to you.

Not sure if the 2x concentrate has Scotchguard like the non-concentrated, but carpet stays clean after numerous vacuuming. Used to cost 11.99 at Amazon for this 32 oz. bottle. Can buy the non-concentrated 128 oz. bottle at Walmart for 19.99.

Very good product but Target has the 32 oz. bottle for $9.99 and you don't have to pay shipping. I have 3 cats, one of which is old and has bad kidneys, and having the Pet SpotBot and cleaner are a lifesaver. So easy to use, esp. for small spots.

This seemed to remove dog urine smell, and works just as well as the non-concentrated formula.

This is a new "2x" concentrate of the Bissell pet stain formula. It works as it should, which is excellent! You won't find a better product combination for cleaning pet stains than a Bissell Spotbot fueled by Bissell Pet Stain formula.

That said, the 2x cencentrate costs the same as THREE bottles of the old formula. This is an outrageous increase in price.

My pup had a messy number 2 accident all over my carpet and I didn't see it until the morning. Over the course of 4 days I tried 3 different carpet shampoos in my shampooer targeted towards pet stains and every time, once the carpet dried, I still had a very large and obvious spot on my carpet. 4 days later I used the Bissell stain remover in my shampooer and it easily and completely took out the stain!!! My entire carpet looks brand new now; we were planning on replacing it.

The other 3 namebrand products didn't match up! By far the best shampoo for getting out pet stains!!!

Using this product that was included with my SpotBot for Pets machine was a pleasure. No after-odor, small amount did the trick while using the simple stain button on the Bot. I really am so pleased with this product and the SpotBot!

A must for anyone with dogs! Cleans up even the worst mess due to accients, being sick or even a rawhide that decides to bleed on your carpet!

Excellent product. Cleans very well on both upholstery and carpets. I have a dog who likes to lie on the arm of the couch and it gets very dirty. This product cleaned it perfectly. Very happy with the product and the price.

This product does an excellent job removing stains, but leaves a residue which attracts dirt. The best result is achieved by rinsing the cleaned area with clear water after removing the stain.
