I got this as a Christmas gift and can't stop using it! I clean the bathroom, windows, baseboards, fridge, countertops....everything! It's the best gift ever!

Does a great job in steaming on small jobs, heats quickly, even with the extension provides enough steam for bathroom or kitchen areas. Because it produces enough steam for good cleaning would like the unit capacity increased from 6.2 ounces to 8, giving a little more run time.

I saw this item being advertised on HSN and liked the way it "was shown" to cut through baked on grease/grime on stove tops. I have always looked for an easy, effectual way to clean off the stuck-on grease that builds up on my counter top and stove from foods that required oil. I was hoping this item would be the gadget to do it. It was not. Its pressure is too weak to remove dirt, grime or grease. Also, the steam gets hot but only hot enough to remove grease or dirt that was recently "caked" on to the surface; not grease or grime that had been there for awhile. In addition, the brush included with this item didn't last long (I had this item for about 3 days, used it twice; one day without the brush, another day with the brush for no longer than 10 minutes...off and on). So, the item did not perform to standard, let alone, how HSN advertised it. One has to use it in short spurts for steam to rebuild...makes for a looong cleaning session. I returned it...back to scrubbing with the Brillo pad and hot, soapy water:(
