It's ridiculous, but I'm 62 and have never had a dust mop before. We just put in a Pergo floor, and this floor takes special care, i.e., dusting only, no water. This mop is perfect for the following reasons:

1. It really grabs the dust.
2. The mop head is washable and replaceable. It is partly lavender in color and very plush.
3. It will go all around a toilet (no more bending over, my back loves this) and gets into the corners.
4. The handle is very sturdy and adjustable. It works well for me at 5'4" and would work for my husband at 6'1" (assuming I could get him to do it).

If I'd waited, I could have saved a dollar each on both the mop and the replacement heads (on May 8, 2010), but it does come with the super saver ($25 purchase) option. Interestingly, this mop also has a lifetime limited warranty stated on the packaging and referred me to the Bissell internet site. However, there was nothing posted there. I called Bissell's toll free number, 1-800-237-7691, and asked exactly what the warranty was. A representative named Candice said that under normal use (not abuse, of course), Bissell would repair or replace the mop.

This is so handy.
I purchased it and the lightweight Bissell mop and I'm pleased with both of them.
Most of our home has tile floors and this makes it very easy to quickly clean them up.
The mop-heads are washable and really grab the dust and pet hair.

I'm very pleased with it.

This microfiber dust mop is PERFECT for hardwood and tile floors. I use it in my living space (not bathrooms) for sweeping up crumbs, as well as picking up lint and preventing dust bunnies. It's easy to use. The handle is exactly the right length for my height (5'6"), but my husband, who is tall, finds it a little short. I've washed the microfiber "head" and it shed a little lint afterwards, but is otherwise fine. As with all microfiber materials, don't use fabric softener or dryer sheets, it will ruin the microfiber. I just washed mine, and hung it to dry. I've tried the electric floor sweepers, and consider this a better value, as well as quieter and easier to use! Simpler is always better. I'd buy it again.

I love my floor duster. The mophead is about four times the size of my old swiffer, making very quick work of my hardwood floors. It also does a far better job than the swiffer of grabbing chunkier bits of dirt. I can sweep my family room, dining room, foyer, and half bath without stopping to shake it out. I don't wash it often; I just take it outside for a shake and run my hands over the fluffy fibers to get rid of the dirt and dust. The flexible mophead feature helps with the baseboards, but my baseboards are tall, and the mop doesn't quite reach. I have remedied the problem, however, by simply running the duster along the tops of the baseboards first before dusting the floors. I love that I'm no longer buying and tossing disposable swiffer dust covers.

I love this dust mop. Nice size which covers a good area while dusting. Has a handle you can adjust easily for ones height.

Works well on the wood floor. Covers a large area, easy to sweep bits up into a pile for pick up. Dust clings to the cloth. Arrived promptly on my doorstep with Amazon Prime.

From the moment I got it out of the carton (a bit of a challenge) it was magical. I can sweep the hardwood floors from my wheelchair. It adjusts, it bends it does corners and even baseboards. It's well made solid construction. It's great. But this.

It is easily washed; dusts the corners and baseboards; goes up high or down low. Easy to use and seems to be good quality. I am pleased.

Not worth the money. Can buy a better mop at Home Depot or Lowe's. This one is cheaply made and really doesn't pick up much dust or debris.

This is what I expected. I was used to using a very small floor duster so had to get used to using this big one on the floor. I have a Labrador that sheds very much and this does what I wanted it to do. Dust the floor. A little pricey but need this because of the dog. I do like the microfiber as it does pick up the dust and hair. My husband does the floors so at first he didn't think it worked that great but when he looked at the bottom he changed his mind. Being big it holds more. Anyway it does what I wanted it to do but you should be able to buy just one refill and not a 2 refill package.
