I also received a single pack instead of two. I contacted Amazon by e-mail and they paid to have it shipped back and sent me the two pack immediatly. Great customer service.

I was a bit wary ordering this item seeing how other people have received only one refill. I haven't used it yet so can't comment on the quality but I did receive 2 refills. So if there was a glitch at amazon's end, they've probably fixed it now.

This product is advertised as a 2 pack. There is only one. I have yet to figure out how to contact someone within Amazon to get the 2nds item. As it is, I have paid double.

I use micro fiber towels for cleaning my eye glasses and like using them on my car windows too but I have a hard time reaching the entire windshield. I bought extra Bissell dusters so that I can keep one especially for my cars windshield. With the extension pole as short as I can make it I am able to use these, without even water, to clean the inside of my windshield very easily and thoroughly. It is flexible enough to conform to the windshields curves. It works great on floors too , just keep in mind it is NOT a Swifer and you have to keep pushing your dirt pile ahead of the mop and then use a dust pan to pick it up. A good product with many uses.

Great to have a couple of these as spares so you can wash the one that came with the duster. Really convenient product from Bissell.

The microfiber floor duster is WONDERFUL, so I wanted 2 refills so I wouldn't have to be constantly washing the original duster pad. However, when trying to get refills for the duster I received only ONE refill both times I ordered. Amazon DID honored the product description, worked with me & refunded half the price. But I really wanted the "2-PACK" as stated in the product description.
