Bissell 484 Hard Floor Solutions Flip-It 32-Ounce Floor Cleaner

I have been trying to find out if this product can be safely used on hardwood floors. Bissell used to make two different products - one for hard floors (ceramic, etc.) and one for wood floors, but they have discontinued the wood floor cleaner. I really liked the wood floor cleaner and thought that was what I was ordering at Amazon, however, it wasn't, instead I was sent the hard floor cleaner, which states on the bottle it is NOT for hardwood floors!. The hard floor cleaner works, but will it damage my floor? I really would like some clarification. I called their help line and was routed to someone in India (Pakistan?) who read to me the same information I already had from their internet site.

This is a great product to substitute the clorox brand for scooba robots. It is very safe for Scooba, cleans and smells GREAT. It is better than viniger, easy to find (unlike Clorox Scooba Solution), has the same characteristics (no bleach, no sulpher, no amonia)and I got a 32 oz bottle for $2.50, it was on clearanc at a local store. The Bissell Hard Floor Solution works great with my Flip-It. It cleans my tile without leaving any residue behind. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to find. Today it is unavailable on Amazon and it's not carried at any stores I usually shop at.

This product works great with my Bisell Flip- it Floor cleaner, the Wood Cleaner works great as well on my laminates floors!

I have a Bissel Flip-It but I have been unable to find the hard floor cleaner that went with it. And they're still selling the Flip-It's! So I was delighted to find it on Amazon!!

we could not find floor cleaner for our Flip It so I went on-line and in less than a week my wife could clean the floor again! And I bought two bottles so I was able to spend enough money to get free shipping. All is good and our floor is once again spotless.

This is great stuff and unlike other reviews I noticed no streaks or spotting. It's a pretty neutral chemical and has no strong odor. I put this in my spin scrub after I do the grout with oxy water and it works great for picking up dirt from the grout lines. I also put it in my swipper for weekly mopping. For wood floors I would suggest Min Wax floor cleaner as it does the best job of all the cleaners I've tryed over 40 years. Very good for fine furnitue to.

I use this in my Bissell Flip-it and my Hoover Spinscrub. Cleans great, and has a nice, fresh scent. Can't ask for more than that from a cleaning product!

I love the smell as it smells of citrus. I could sniff this stuff all day, but it is the worst cleaning solution. It leaves streaks and spots. I bought the pink 1 gallon Proforce floor cleaning solution from Sam's Club as it lasts years even though I clean the floors almost every day (toddlers in the kitchen).
